Service Description

In this hands-on class, you will learn about major Thai ingredients and their uses in Thai cooking such as lemongrass, galanga, ginger, coconut milk, Thai chilies, curry paste, Cellophane noodle, shrimp paste and fish sauce. Also, practicing knife-skills, and building balanced four major flavors of Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour and spicy as we put together a delicious feast. After the class we will sit down and have dinner together, also take some extra food home!
