Service Description
In this hands-on class, you will learn about major Thai ingredients and their uses in Thai cooking such as lemongrass, galanga, ginger, coconut milk, Thai chilies, curry paste, egg- nooddles. Also, practicing knife-skills, and building balanced four major flavors of Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour and spicy as we put together a delicious feast. After the class we will sit down and have dinner together, also take some extra food home!
