Service Description
In this hands-on class, you learn about major Thai ingredients and their uses such as lemongrass, galanga, ginger, coconut milk, Thai chilies, curry paste, Cellophane noodle, shrimp paste and fish sauce. You also will practice knife-skills, stir-frying and balancing the four major flavors of Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour and spicy as we put together a delicious feast. After the class we will sit down and have dinner together - and have extra food to take home!
