Service Description

In this hands-on class, you learn about major Thai ingredients and their uses such as tamarind, lemongrass, Thai basil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, palm sugar, and Thai Chilis. You also will practice knife-skills, stir-frying and balancing the four major flavors of Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, sour and spicy as we put together a delicious feast. After the class we will sit down and have dinner together - and have extra food to take home!
